No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call (800) NEED-NUMBER for instructions, and to receive a Return Authorization number. Please note: We will not accept packages that do not have an assigned Return Authorization number.

All of our electrical products feature a one year warranty. For technical support, please call 1-800-927-0277 Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

Chargeback fee of 20% will be assessed on all electric's returned incomplete and or damaged due to improper packaging.

All claims for damage or defective merchandise must be directed to us NO LATER THAN 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Claims for shortages or errors must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise to correct billing.
